Enrollment Information
Established in 1973, the Early Childhood Center is a vital ministry of Brookwood Baptist Church in Mountain Brook, Alabama. The governing board is composed of seven individuals approved by the members of Brookwood Baptist Church.
The Center employs, trains, and provides continuing education for all teachers. We have always sought to provide quality, Christ-centered programming to children and their families. We currently minister to approximately 150 children on a daily basis by offering a variety of programs and opportunities.
Full Day Care Program (FDC)
7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Morning Instruction Only Program (MIO)
9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
2-Day (Tues. & Thurs.)

3-Day (Mon., Wed., & Fri.)

Enrollment Requirements
Minimum age accepted is six weeks.
Immunization Verification
A current blue “Certificate of Immunization” is required of all children. You may obtain an immunization form from your pediatrician.
Registration Fee
$120/year for ALL children. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Application Fee
An application fee of $20 is required of persons applying for the first time.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Fee Schedule
The fee schedules is printed separately and available upon request.
Special Fees
Individual enrichment programs may require additional fees, i.e., field trips, computer classes, Head-Over-Heels, etc.
Payment
Parents/guardians are expected to pay for the number of days and/or service for which they have contracted, including weeks with holidays, days the child may be absent due to illness, or days the child attends only a partial week.
New participants enrolling in the Full Day Care Program are required to pay a $200 deposit. This deposit will be applied to the final two weeks of enrollment.
New participants enrolling in the Morning Instruction Only Program are required to pay a deposit equal to one month’s tuition.
