College Ministry![]() Fellowship MICAH SIMPSON joined the Brookwood staff as Minister to College Students on May 10, 2009. Micah will graduate from Beeson Divinity School in December 2009. He also earned a degree in 2006 from Georgia Southwestern University. A native of New Orleans, Micah is married to Heather Burgess Simpson and they have been active in Brookwood’s GAP class for about 18 months. In his spare time, Micah is an award-winning glassblower who also enjoys different types of music and all kinds of sports. GAP class teacher Tim Davis comments, “It has been my absolute joy to intersect with Micah on many levels and in many situations. We (Julia and Tim) have never met a more impressive person at such a young age… Micah simply has a measure of humility, wisdom, compassion, and leadership rarely seen in any individual, much less one in his mid-20’s.” Please pray for Micah (and Heather) as he accepts the mission of ministering to our college students.
